View our current inventory of bisqueware (the things you “paint” or glaze) and our wide selection of food-safe glazes. We are constantly updating our inventory so check back often to see what has been added. There is no need to schedule a time to come in and paint your pottery. If you are thinking about bringing in a large group or would like to host a private party, just contact us and we’d be happy to arrange something for you.

Some of the bisqueware is made by hand (well, slipcast by hand; but still, it’s not easy!) by Druid City Makerspace staff. Given the time, materials, and electricity costs required to make these pieces, the cost is a little more than the typical mugs, bowls, and plates. Since we make a lot of the bisqueware ourselves, we can customize the pieces with your name or logo. Just contact us to discuss the options available.

Prices include:

  • The bisqueware
  • Use of any glaze(s) to make the pottery unique
  • Firing of the product

At this time, we cannot allow people to bring in their own glazes because we cannot verify their toxicity for use in food-contact pieces. If you are dying to have a specific glaze, just contact us and send the link to the one you’re interested in. We have vendor accounts with several ceramic suppliers and we can try and source it for you.
